When I had a Palm III, I think my high score was somewhere around 1800, but a friend of mine got 2100 on my Palm and I never beat it. Bastard...

I think this version might possibly be slightly easier than the Palm version. Not sure. My best since recovering it from the archive is 2166, I have a saved screen shot. I think when I had this on my old website a few of the folks scored higher than that.

I am not positive that I have it anymore, but at one time I had some Java source code for this game laying around. I always intended to some day dig into it, but never got around to it.

I think this might actually be a little harder than the Palm version just because I always end up having the mouse pointer right in the middle, blocking my view.

I have not tried this version for a while. On the iPhone my high score is 4800 something. But as I said, that version is much easier.
